What is LuviBot and what can it do?
LuviBot is the assistant inside LUVI. Ask it about LUVI, or tell it what you want to make: it picks the model, writes the prompt and shows the price on an approval card. Nothing is generated until you press Generate, unless you set an auto-approve limit.
Where to find it
- The panel. The yellow button in the bottom-right corner, just above the Messenger button, opens LuviBot on any page once you are signed in. It opens as a small panel; Expand turns it into a side drawer. On a phone it always opens as a drawer, and the button is hidden inside the Workspace and the workflow editor.
- The full page. LuviBot in the sidebar opens it with your chats on the left and a Results column on the right. The full-page button in the panel header does the same, and the panel button on the full page takes you back.
The panel and the full page share the same chats, so you can start in one and carry on in the other.
What you can ask
- Questions about LUVI. How credits, plans, storage, uploads or workflows work. When a help-center article covers the question, LuviBot answers from it and gives you the link.
- Which model to use. Describe the job and it recommends a model from the current catalogue, putting first the models that have a prompting guide on their page.
- A prompt. It writes the prompt the way the chosen model expects, following LUVI's prompt guide for that model.
- A generation. Tell it what you want to make, and attach images from your library if you like. It prepares an approval card. Files come from your library; to use a new file, upload it to the library first.
- A second look. When a generation finishes, ask whether it came out as intended. LuviBot looks at the result next to what you started from.
Approval cards
A card shows the model, the main settings, the prompt (under Show prompt) and the price in credits. Press Generate to start, Change to ask for something different, or Cancel. You can close LuviBot while a generation runs: the result lands in your library, and LuviBot plays a short chime and shows a number on its button.
Rules and limits
Tell LuviBot "from now on…", for example "always 1080p" or "don't suggest model X", and it offers to save that as a rule. It saves nothing without your yes. Rules & limits in its header lists your rules and holds your limits, such as how many credits a card may cost before it starts without a click.
Chats
Chats in the header lists your earlier conversations, and New chat starts a fresh one. Deleting a chat removes it from your list at once; it is deleted for good after 30 days, unless we must keep it longer.
What LuviBot won't do
Before it prepares a card, LuviBot checks the request against LUVI's content rules and tells you when it can't help. It works only inside your own account.
Each of these topics has its own article in the LuviBot section of the help center.
Frequently asked
Does LuviBot cost credits?
Yes. Each answer is charged for the processing it needed, rounded up to a whole credit (at least 1); most cost 1 to 9 credits, and the exact amount appears under each reply. An answer that fails or stops halfway is not charged. A generation is charged separately, at the price shown on its card.
Can LuviBot spend my credits on its own?
Only if you let it. By default every generation waits for you to press Generate. Under Rules & limits you can allow small ones to start by themselves.
Which language does it answer in?
The language you write to it in. The prompts it writes for the models are in English, because that is what most models follow best, unless you want text in another language on the image.
