How do I find, rename or delete my LuviBot chats?
The Chats button in the LuviBot panel lists your conversations; LuviBot's full page adds search, pinning and renaming. A deleted chat leaves your list at once and is erased after 30 days, unless we must keep it longer.
In the panel
The Chats button in the panel header lists your conversations; click one to carry on where you left off. New chat starts a fresh one.
To delete a chat, click the bin icon next to it. It turns into Delete?; click again to confirm, or click elsewhere to keep the chat.
On the full page
Open LuviBot in the sidebar, or use the full-page button in the panel header. Your chats are listed on the left, pinned ones first, then Today, This week and Earlier.
- Search chats… finds a chat by its title or by what you wrote in it. The words can be in any order, and capitals and accents don't matter.
- Project chips above the list show only the chats of one project. They appear once some of your chats belong to a project.
- Pin, Rename and Delete appear when you point at a chat; on touch screens they are always visible. A new name is saved when you press Enter or click away; Escape keeps the old one.
On a phone, the list and the conversation are separate screens: the back arrow in a chat returns to the list.
Moving a chat to another project
The folder button in the chat header shows the project the chat saves its results to. Pick another project, No project, or + New project. From then on the chat saves its results there; what it has already made stays where it is. If the chat already has results, LuviBot asks you to confirm first.
With No project, LuviBot asks which project to use before the next generation.
What deleting does
A deleted chat leaves your list at once, and any card still waiting for your approval is cancelled. Results it made stay in your library. The chat itself is erased after 30 days, unless we must keep it longer.
Frequently asked
Do the panel and the full page show the same chats?
Yes. They share one list, so a chat started in the panel can be continued on the full page, and the other way round.
Does deleting a chat delete what it made?
No. Results a chat generated stay in your library. Only cards that were still waiting for your approval are cancelled.
Is LuviBot's side of the conversation searched too?
No. Search looks at chat titles and at what you wrote, not at LuviBot's replies.
